Currently in the design stage, Emirates Hotels & Resorts' newest venture, Cap Ternay Resort & Spa, will offer guests a taste of one of the worlds' most exotic and beautiful destinations. Im Vordergrund das Emirates Grundstück, im Hintergrund das Ephelia Grundstück. Die Insel rechts is Therese und wurde letzes Jahr zum Kauf angeboten. Problem: es gibt kein Wasser auf der Insel. Gleiches gilt übrigens für Marianne.



Diesen Strand findet man am Ende der Strasse, wenn man das Eisentor passiert.

Der Cap Ternay Strand war nie ein echtes Touristenziel. Das Tor war ja meistens zu. Da kann man sich als Tourist kaum beschweren, wenn dort gebaut wird.

Hmmm, habe gerade folgendes in einem anderen Forum gefunden:

Emirates which has invested in hotels in Seychelles, hotels which have been built on land leased for the price of a can of condensed milk at a supermarket near you

Wenn das stimmt, dass die Araber das Land so billig leasen können, dann wunderts mich nicht, dass immer mehr von ihnen auf den Seychellen investieren. Kann das jemand bestätigen, mit dem Preis? Und wenn ja, warum geben die das Land so billig her?
